In the Bible, when Abraham sought a wife for his son Isaac, he entrusted the task to his servant Eliezer. Eliezer prayed for guidance, saying, “Heavenly Father, God of my master Abraham, please grant me success today and show kindness to my master Abraham” (Genesis 24:12). He asked for a specific sign: the woman who would offer him and his camels water would be the one chosen by God for Isaac. Before he finished praying, Rebekah appeared and fulfilled the exact sign he had asked for. She was also from Abraham’s family line.
